Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ganjamingle regarding your use of the website and app.

1. Acceptance of Terms#

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ganjamingle(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility#

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account on Ganjamingle and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You have not previously been removed from the Service by us.
You are not a registered sex offender or convicted of a felony.

3. Compliance with Local Laws#

Cannabis laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. Ganjamingle makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or legal for use in your specific location.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any activities you engage in as a result of connections made through the Service, complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Ganjamingle does not condone illegal acts.

4. Prohibited Conduct#

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for certain behaviors. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account.

A. No Sales or Distribution

You may not use the Service to sell, buy, distribute, or promote the sale of any drugs or controlled substances. Any attempt to transact will be reported to relevant authorities if required by law.

B. Harassment

You may not bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, or harass any other user. This includes sharing personal information of others without consent (“doxing”).

C. Impersonation

You may not impersonate any person or entity. Profile photos must be of you.

5. User Content#

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Ganjamingle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Subscriptions & Billing#

If you purchase a Premium Subscription:

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store policies.

7. Limitation of Liability#

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GANJAMINGLE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON OUR USERS. YOU AGREE TO TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS IN ALL INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, PARTICULARLY IF YOU DECIDE TO MEET OFFLINE.

8. Termination#

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we ban you for violating these Terms (e.g., attempting to sell substances), you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees.
