End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App requires affirmative acceptance of this Agreement during onboarding or account creation.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Canect Holdings, LLCgrants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree NOT to:

• Post, upload, or transmit abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Share sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative material
• Promote violence or illegal activity
• Engage in bullying, harassment, or intimidation
• Impersonate others
• Share misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Upload malware, spam, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws

Immediate Enforcement:

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content at our sole discretion
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice
• Restrict access to features
• Report illegal activity to authorities

Repeated violations will result in permanent removal.

If the App allows user-generated content:

• You are solely responsible for your content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute your content within the App.
• We are not liable for content posted by users.
• We actively moderate content and provide mechanisms for reporting abuse.

Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior by:

• Using the in-app reporting tool
• Contacting: info@canect.com

Reports are reviewed promptly. Verified violations result in swift action.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

We may terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination:

• Your license ends immediately
• You must stop using the App
• We may delete your account and data as permitted by law

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canect Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

This Agreement is between you and Canect Holdings, LLC, not Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for:

• The App or its content
• Maintenance or support services
• Claims relating to the App

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
